Shipping Information
We ship Australia-wide. Our team works hard to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
- Dispatch Time: All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.
Free Shipping Eligibility
- Non-Trade Accounts: Free shipping on orders over $129.00 (Not available for trade accounts or heavy, bulky items and dangerous goods).
- Trade Account Holders: Free shipping on orders over $250.00 (Not available on heavy or bulky items and dangerous goods).
Orders containing large, bulky, heavy or dangerous goods, will incur additional freight charges or a fixed shipping charge as they are classed as bulky/dangerous goods.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Note: These timeframes are guidelines provided by our couriers. While we strive for speed, Everything Hair and Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has left our warehouse, as transit procedures are outside of our control.

Click & Collect
If you select Click & Collect at checkout, your order will not be shipped.
- Pickup Location: Pickup is available directly from our showroom at 4/2 Harrick Road, Keilor Park VIC 3042.
- Ready for Pickup: You will receive a phone call or email notification once your order is ready. This typically occurs within two hours during our standard operating hours.
Delivery Responsibilities
To ensure your parcel arrives safely, please observe the following:
- Tracking: It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery progress via the tracking updates provided by Australia Post or our courier partners.
- Accuracy: Please ensure all delivery details provided at checkout are 100% accurate. Everything Hair and Beauty is not liable for delays or undelivered items resulting from incorrect customer information.
- Signature & Access: You are responsible for being available at the delivery address to sign for and accept the order. If the address is unattended or details are incorrect, any costs incurred from re-delivery attempts will be passed on to you.
Failed Deliveries & Returns
Incorrect Address or Uncollected Parcels
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect/incomplete address or a failure to collect the parcel from a post office or locker:
- The customer is responsible for the standard return shipping fees charged by Australia Post or courier.
- A new delivery shipping fee must be paid to resend out your order.
Refunds for Returned Orders
If you choose to cancel your order after it has been returned to us, rather than having it re-sent:
- A refund will be issued only once the parcel has been physically returned to us.
- A $24.00 Restocking Fee will apply and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
