Returns

At Everything Hair & Beauty we understand that you might need to return something to us, you can relax as we have a 30 day return policy. All returned items must be brand new, un-opened, in their original shipped packaging, include all parts, accessories, warranty papers, standard certification labels still intact and if sealed by manufacture be returned the same way, this will enable us to resell the item. Except for faulty products, items which have been opened will not be accepted for return. Where returned items are not received by us in brand new condition, we will return them to you once you pay us the cost of redelivery to do so. When returning an item return shipping costs are to be paid by you and are non-refundable. Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important to Everything Hair & Beauty, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including: Products sold as part of a promotion, cosmetics, topical application or personal use products that have been opened but are not faulty are excluded from this change of mind return policy, and cannot be returned. There are no change-of-mind returns or refunds on sale items.

Returns are accepted 30 days from the purchase / invoice date for a store credit or a refund of the original purchase price and will incur a $18.00 restocking fee which covers some of the original shipping we paid and packaging costs including labour.

Items must be returned to us via tracked postage or courier. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full responsibility of the chance that the item may be damaged or lost and not being returned back to us. Any returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.

Your item arrived damaged or is missing something.

All orders leave our warehouse in brand new condition, however if your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us. You will need to send us a copy of the receipt for any shipping costs you incur.

Please take photographs of any damage and send them to us via email before sending the item back, email will be provided once a return has been processed as we need to report damage to our insurer, delivery courier and warehouse.

All claims for damaged items must be made within 3 business days of receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage. Reports of products received damaged will not be accepted if they are more than 3 business days after delivery.

Your item is faulty

All electrical goods that you purchase from Everything Hair & Beauty are genuine, authentic products however should your product be faulty, please contact us promptly so we can guide you through the correct process for having the fault rectified under the manufacturer warranty. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions, we will either repair or replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you).

To return a faulty product, you will need to pay for postage to return it to us in the first instance. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked service. If we don't receive the product for any reason, we won't be able to assist you further. You will also need to send us a copy of your receipt along with the item being returned. Once we have received the return, and it is confirmed faulty by the manufacturer, we will reimburse you for what it cost you to return the faulty item to us, based on your receipt (or if you've lost the receipt, the value of postage shown on the shipping label if it's been returned via Australia Post). 

Where a returned product is found by the manufacturer not to be faulty, a redelivery fee will be calculated to your delivery address and required to be paid prior to sending it back to you.

You have changed your mind

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement by law if you change your mind. However at Everything Hair and Beauty we do offer a 30-day return policy in these situations. That means if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to us up to 30 days from the purchase / invoice date for a refund of the original purchase price and will incur a $18.00 restocking fee which covers some of the original shipping we paid and packaging costs including labour.

Allergy Returns

In the unfortunate instance that you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the allergic reaction and immediately discontinue using that product. Please fill in our returns form and simply email through the photo. The product returned must be less than 15% used.

Refunds

Refunds can only be given when an item is returned back to us in brand new un-used and original condition and have been approved by EH&B prior to returning the item. If items are returned and are not in the accepted condition a refund will not be issued.

There are no refunds for the below:

  • Personal use items.
  • Items returned used, damaged, not in original packaging, missing parts/items.
  • Items brought on sale.
