How to Use Viva Azure Shimmer Hard Wax

Insert the jar directly into a professional wax heater on a medium setting, or microwave off-centre for 2-4 minutes depending on wattage
Regulate the heater to approximately 65°C-75°C (dial 3-4 on a Caronlab Professional Wax Heater)
Ensure the area to be treated is clean, dry, and free from oils or creams using Caronlab Pre Wax Skin Cleanser
Always test the wax on the inside of the wrist before use
Apply thinly to the treatment area and remove according to hard wax technique

Usage Instructions - Hard Wax

Area to be treated must be clean, dry and free from any oils and creams. Caronlab Australia recommends the use of Prep – Pre Wax Skin Cleanser as it has been designed to work together for best results with Caronlab Australia Waxes. Always test Wax on the inside of your wrist before use. Do not apply on warts, moles and broken or irritated skin.

Apply a thick layer of Wax evenly in the direction of hair growth, leaving a thicker edge at the end of the strip to assist with removal. Allow Wax to set until it is touch-dry and no longer sticky.

Hold skin taut with one hand, lift the thicker edge of the wax film with your fingertips, and pull the strip off firmly and quickly in the opposite direction of hair growth, keeping it close and parallel to the skin.

For the perfect finish and to remove any Wax residue on the skin, we recommend you use After – After Waxing Oil and Soothe Mango & Witch Hazel or Tea Tree After Wax Soothing Lotion to complete your treatment. To clean equipment use Solvent – Wax Remover Citrus Clean.

Heating Instructions - Microwave to Pot™ technology

Place Caronlab Australia Wax Heater Insert into your Caronlab Australia Professional Wax Heater. Microwave to Pot™ technology jars should be placed directly into a Wax Heater Insert.

To warm Wax directly in your Caronlab Australia Professional Wax Heater, remove the lid and insert jar directly into an appropriate professional Wax Heater on a medium setting.

To use Microwave to Pot™ technology, remove lid from jar and place off centre in microwave and heat for a minimum of 2 minutes, but no longer than 4 minutes depending on the wattage of your microwave and the amount of Wax remaining in the jar.

Once Wax has softened, place jar into your Caronlab Australia Wax Heater Insert. Regulate Heater to a medium setting of approximately 149°F–167°F or 65°C–75°C, between dial 4-5 on your Caronlab Australia Professional Wax Heater.

Important: Do not heat over 140°C/284°F

Place a Wax Heater Insert into your Caronlab Australia Professional Wax Heater. Microwave to Pot™ technology jars should not be placed directly into a Wax Heater.

Note: Do not try this with other brands’ pots; they will melt in the Wax Heater.
