We do not import from overseas all our stock is brought from Australian distributors.

 So you can be sure you are getting the genuine product with Australian standards

NON PAYING CUSTOMERS

For any items unpaid an unpaid item report will be automatically forwarded to eBay and an investigation will be opened on there behalf.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made within 3 days of auction ending for an extension please email us

REFUNDS

There are no refunds due to health and safety reasons unless the product is faulty, or the item description is not as states.

Buyer to pay all return postage. So please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind

We send out our items by Australia Post and all items have tracking so you can keep track of where they are and when they will arrive.
