How to Use (Professional Use Only):

Combine Blondor Multi Blonde Powder with Wella Welloxon Perfect Developer (1.9% to 12%) in a non-metallic bowl, using a mixing ratio between 1:1.5 and 1:2. For applications where the product touches the scalp, use a maximum of 6% (20 vol) developer. Apply to dry, unwashed hair and process for a maximum of 50 minutes, checking the lightening progress visually every 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly upon completion.
