How to Use:

Mix Wella BlondorPlex 9 with Welloxon Perfect Developer (1.9%, 4%, 6%, 9%, or 12%) in a non-metallic bowl. Use a mixing ratio from 1:1.5 up to 1:2. For on-scalp application, do not exceed a 6% (20 vol) developer. Apply evenly to dry, unwashed hair. Process for up to 50 minutes, checking every 5–10 minutes. Do not use heat. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and follow with Wella Blondor Seal & Care to neutralise pH and stabilise the hair.
