How to Use:

For Professional Use Only. In a non-metallic bowl, mix the 360 Ultra Light Blue Powder with the appropriate volume of 360 Cream Activator (10, 20, 30, or 40 Vol) depending on the desired level of lift. The recommended mixing ratio is 1:2. Apply to dry, unwashed hair. Process at room temperature until the desired level of lightening is reached (maximum 45-50 minutes). Do not use heat.
