REFUNDS & RETURNS

We DO NOT accept Returns due to health and safety regulations unless the product is faulty, or the item is not as states on our description.

For any return that is accepted Buyer is to pay all return postage and any original postage fees & PayPal Fees are not refundable

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Orders cannot be cancelled as orders are packed and sent to our holding area for pickup as soon as your order is received, however If the order is cancelled for any reason the PayPal Fees will be deducted from your payment as they are not refundable

We use recycled cardboard, paper, bubble wrap, newspapers etc as much as possible to use in our shipping packaging to help with our environmental footprint

POSTAGE

Items are sent out next day from receiving cleared payments other than public holidays and Weekends.

We send out our items by Australia Post and all items have tracking so you can keep track of where they are and when they will arrive.

We Can ONLY send items out to your Registered
