ASP System Blonde Ultra Lifting 9 Level Powder Lightener Bleach 500g

ASP System Blonde Ultra Lifting 9 Level Powder Lightener is dust free and lightens up to 9 levels. The gentle formula contains Guar Gum, Zea Mays and Maltose to moisturise and improve the condition and protect the hair and scalp whilst lifting, making it perfect for all on & off-scalp techniques.

System Blonde Ultra Lifting can be used with 3% - 10vol, 6% - 20vol, 9% - 30vol and 12% - 40vol developers to achieve high lifting power with optimum hair condition. For on-scalp use, we recommend that only 3% - 10vol) or 6% - 20vol is used.

How to use:

Mix 1 scoop of System Blonde Ultra-Lifting Powder Lightener with 2 scoops of your chosen ASP Crème Developer.

Do not wash the hair before lightening.

Full Head application System Blonde Ultra Lifting Lightener should be applied to the mid lengths and ends first and then to roots.

For on-scalp applications do not cover over or use any heat.

Re-growth applications apply System Blonde Ultra Lifting Lightener to the hairs roots only.

Specifications

For best results use ASP Creme Developer. For on scalp use, we recommend that only 3% - 10vol or 6% - 20vol is used.
