With a maximum of 10 levels of lift, combined with anti yellow Technology, this charcoal powder bleach achieves the perfect Platinum Blonde finish. Its unique ingredients, Plex based on wheat proteins, Rice Starch and Guar Gum protect and nourish the hair fibres, promoting brightness and beautiful healthy hair.
How to use:
Mix Maxi Plex Charcoal Bleach Powder into a non-metallic container. Add peroxide, recommended developers; 10, 20 or 30 Volume. Mix well until a homogenous consistency is achieved.
Note:Exposure time and peroxide volume should be determined by a professional hairdresser at the time of use after assessing the condition of the hair.
