How to Use:

For professional use only. Mix Blondor Multi Blonde Powder with Welloxon Perfect (6%, 9%, or 12%) in a non-metallic bowl. The mixing ratio can vary from 1:1.5 to 1:2 depending on the required consistency. For on-scalp application, do not exceed a 6% (20 vol) developer. Apply evenly to unwashed hair. Development time depends on the hair condition and desired result, but must not exceed 50 minutes. Check progress every 5–10 minutes.
