Usage Instructions

Straightening cream variants: N for natural to resistant hair C for coloured hair. Not recommended for hair more than 50% highlights.

PREPARATION

It is recommended to do a strand test before the service.

STEP1: STRAIGHTENING CREAM

Use non-metallic tools. Wear gloves.
Apply product on dry hair using a brush and bowl. Start at the nape area, apply in small sections, stay circa 0,5cm off the scalp.
Comb through once and ensure even saturation. Make sure hair stays straight during the development time.
Do not use heat or cover the hair.

DEVELOPMENT TIME

Consider application time is short for even development all over the head.
Rapid application will minimize this effect.
Check result with a strand test at the minimum recommended time.
Twist a strand around a tail comb tail and see if it holds place.
Once the desired result is achieved, comb the hair one last time before rinsing.
Emulsify with little water and rinse thoroughly and press out any excess moisture with a towel.

STEP 2: HEAT APPLICATION

Blow dry the hair straight with tension using a brush.
When hair is completely dry, straighten the hair with a ceramic straightening iron using max. 1 cm deep sections until desired straightening is achieved.
It is also possible to do the service without the heat application step, e.g. when hair is very short or you want to have only a slight straightening effect.
In that case, continue directly to neutralizing step after rinsing out the straightening cream.

STEP 3:

Neutraliser Perform+ Straightening Neutraliser is ready to use, do not dilute.
Wear gloves. Use a similar quantity or slightly more of Neutraliser than the straightening cream used previously.
Apply it with a brush and bowl or with an application bottle, section by section ensuring even saturation throughout the hair.
Comb the hair straight and allow the Neutraliser to develop for 10 min.
Important: During neutralizing the hair must remain straight.
Rinse out the Neutraliser thoroughly.
Apply post treatment or conditioner, leave for 3-5 min, rinse thoroughly.
Style the hair as usual.
