In a non-metallic container, mix the BlondorPlex Powder with Wella Welloxon Perfect Developer (up to 12%) in a ratio ranging from 1:1.5 to 1:2. Never use more than 6% (20 vol) for any on-scalp application. Apply to dry, unwashed hair and monitor closely. The maximum processing time is 50 minutes.
